When we asked to speak to the "manager" and I use that term loosely, after he came to our table, he told our friend, who was making the complaint, to lower his voice. After much two and froing, we all ended up being told to f...... off out of his "pub". We were seated in the bistro mind you. This man, who refused to give his name has no people skills at all and has no business being a so called "manager". Don't bother going to the Victoria unless you want to be verbally abused and told to f.... off and yes, that was to us women as well as our husbands. Food is overpriced anyway and not worth the money. 1 star was only because I couldn't post without clicking on a star rating.April 18, 2017
